Artist, art critic and exhibition curator, teacher-researcher in Art and Sciences of Art, Mohamed Rachdi has developed numerous exhibitions and published essays and works on contemporary art. Author of Art and Memory (Art et mémoire), a collection of philosophical initiation with the L’Harmattan publishing house, Interference, Moroccan References in Contemporary Art with Le-RARE, and The Role of the Shadow in Artistic Creation, DK Editions. Scientific director of the Abstrakt collection devoted to artists’ monographs published by Le Fennec and the Eclairage and Entrelacs collections by DK Editions, Mohamed Rachdi was in charge of the scientific and cultural project of the Mohammed VI Museum of Modern Art and Contemporary Art in Rabat as well as its inaugural exhibition. He currently leads cultural patronage at Société Générale (Casablanca).
