The fifth edition features the work of Adil Kourkouni through the exhibition Autofiction(s). This series groups ten photographic prints, a light installation, video, and an interactive application. Adil Kourkouni re-imagines blister packs, sculpting each of the foil’s empty capsules into a human face. His creative force enables him to appropriate them, reinterpret them, and transform them into a series of photomontages. Covering the faces of his subjects, the foil becomes a mask that hides an emotion, a reality, an identity. At times these masks set the stage for role-play, stimulating the imagination and animating the artist’s compositions.
